Fiber Optic Temperature
These Temperature deliver accurate temperature readings in microwave and high electromagnetic field environments, unaffected by electromagnetic interference. Units tailored to different applications, such as laboratory and embedded types, are available.

Optical Endpoint Detectors
These detectors use Verity spectrometers to achieve endpoint detection for any dry etching or ion beam etching process. Proprietary algorithms provide real-time support fine-scale processes.
